Terms of Service

TapReview Pro supplies physical NFC + QR cards programmed with a destination URL that you supply. The card makes it easier for a customer to reach that page.

TapReview Pro does not guarantee reviews, ratings, review volume, revenue, or search ranking outcomes. What a customer writes, and whether they write anything at all, is entirely their decision.

You agree not to use the cards to incentivise, filter, gate, or otherwise manipulate reviews, and to follow the review platform's own policies. Review platforms prohibit paying for or selectively soliciting positive reviews.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the review URL, business name, logo and branding you submit, and you confirm you have the right to use any logo or artwork you provide. Cards are programmed with exactly what you supply.

Orders, pricing, taxes, shipping charges and payment are handled by our commerce provider's checkout. Shipping and return terms are set out on their own pages.
